Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hrs straight in a day.

Bad behaviour of production maneger Because she takes professional things personal and main ,And the point is that she herself gets the wrong work done by the employee and does not accept it herself.That quality team is totally useless no quality check is done properly ,If any complaint comes, the quality manager blames others and never accepts her mistake. The biggest thing is that no one gets an increment on that. I myself have worked for 4 years and now manager Anupama Srivastava has stopped me by blaming me wrongly, I have all the proofs too.Nothing good can happen as long as Anupama is the production manager,Because Anupama Srivastava does not have any production manager skills, she is a complete political woman.

A third class company in Kanpur. Only the name is high as it's a unit of Jagran group that's why. But there is no job security even you are doing your best. MD and CMD of company is blind at there. And if you can do good shoe polish of your senior and GM of the company so you are welcome here. But if you are a professional so don't join this type of company. Coz too much politics there and every one will use you only. And if you are in trouble so no one will come to help you there. Every one will raise there hand and after that you Will loose your job. GM is a no 1 flirting person there with the girls in production. He went there to watch this that who can be her.
