I don't like 👎, bad company and bad behaviour of production maneger

Bad behaviour of production maneger Because she takes professional things personal and main ,And the point is that she herself gets the wrong work done by the employee and does not accept it herself.That quality team is totally useless no quality check is done properly ,If any complaint comes, the quality manager blames others and never accepts her mistake. The biggest thing is that no one gets an increment on that. I myself have worked for 4 years and now manager Anupama Srivastava has stopped me by blaming me wrongly, I have all the proofs too.Nothing good can happen as long as Anupama is the production manager,Because Anupama Srivastava does not have any production manager skills, she is a complete political woman....Read More

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of this company, manufacturer of high quality hosiery products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hrs straight in a day.
