The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of this company, manufacturer of high quality hosiery products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hrs straight in a day.

A third class company in Kanpur. Only the name is high as it's a unit of Jagran group that's why. But there is no job security even you are doing your best. MD and CMD of company is blind at there. And if you can do good shoe polish of your senior and GM of the company so you are welcome here. But if you are a professional so don't join this type of company. Coz too much politics there and every one will use you only. And if you are in trouble so no one will come to help you there. Every one will raise there hand and after that you Will loose your job.
