Jaggi brothers company is a disaster company,, HR behaviour terribly and conveniently, not to pay full salary and when I goes to took my payment HR avoid to pay my salary and asked me to gave "No Due certificate" with revinue stamp and misbehaving with me, she is totally mad if she didn't payed my salary then why I took her no due certificate?? Job security is a joke, when they don't need more person in their company they ask employee that your background education profile are not match with our work... Avoid this place like a plague

... Boss behaviour very bad ,he is very rude and he gives unrealistic time limits . The salary is not paid ☹️😡.not a good environment to work and your personal life disturbs. Boss never appreciate your work.

Nothing to like but my colleagues were good...... could say, that was the only reason I could tolerate till the day I left

...e company is not liable. 4. No joining later even after working for so long . 5.The most stupid thing is working days calculation at the end of the month for salary, even though ur working 24/7 including Sunday's and even national holidays .

It is amazing, the people are very friendly and welcoming in general, the work environment seems very warm and I've been working since over 4 years now and have learnt a lot thanks to the CEO who is actively involved in the teaching and development process of his employees.

Dislikes

Overall the management is nice, but if one wastes company resources and time, then they might be scrutinized thoroughly for the same.

Jaggi brothers ophthalmic instruments co. Gurgaon is a good company for beginners but if you are looking for long term then it's worst company I have seen ever.

Company is good employees wise but the employer is very rude don't know how to behave with the employees.
