Good work environment and culture. Teammates supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Well i found nothing dislike there. Everything is as per rules developed by management. And everyone is following them.

Company was help poor people but not company employees. Not given selary in lockdown periods and after lockdown one month selary 40% but detect per month and March selary gose to advance in employ.as per government roual company given Full selary March month. So bed experience in jagdamda cutlery

No job security at all , the management will call you any time can tell you to leave the company, bad experience of working in this company, team leader is not mature enough that he can handle the team, whenever any problem. Raise, he panics and said that no need to come from tomorrow , the management can't manage anything properly, no good behaviour of anybody in this company, no value of educated people, only the value low educated people, who do buttering of their seniors all the time, no good appraisal or increment is there, whether the employee has been working since long time
