It's a wonderful organization to work with.The main thing I personally liked about working here is the authority of the university listens to employees greivences and problems and do their best to resolve the same at earliest.Working culture is healthy enough. I would like to tell that the policies of the university are very much good and beneficial .

The faculties are nice. They try to inculcate their best for students.

Dislikes

The management of the university is pathetic. They literally eat the staff. Nothing in their favour is done. No job security at all. They can anytime fire you. Lot of politics is done against the students and teachers. Would never recommend this university. The Vice Chancellor H C Verma is a person who knows nothing and sitting at such a higher post. He force the teachers to take up subjects which are not in their scope. Very manipulative. No increments.
