If you are a person of having manipulative skills and know how to fool a person then this company is most suitable for you.

Nothing. The culture is too toxic, with no scope for growth and development. They don't even pay you for the efforts you had put in. They force employees to resign and wave off the notice and they don't pay you money saying you didn't service notice. A very generous suggestion to not work with such company, if you love your mental peace.

Everything. From culture to people. The company is not worth the efforts you put in, eventually it will be devalued and you'll be made to feel like shit with such people around.

Company is full of Career growth and opportunities. The person who is ambitious about the job will sure come to this place.

Salary is decent but sometimes you have to be flexible about time, this is the part of the job.

...under and Cofounder have unrealistic expectations which even they can't fulfill. And most important thing, they don't have funding to sustain in market so you will face salary related issues. In simple words don't join.
