Couple of Unpleasant policies implemented recently about the variable pay.Which are not friendly at all The Company does not have any big client with them they are still playing with the small fishes need to work on that part Could see a disparity in annual compensations.One business line resources gets something larger than what one could not get even after a company switch and Other Business Line resources taking equal pain gets trifle of it.NOT SURE what formula is at play here ?

Work culture You are supposed to do the job of 2-3 people and needs to deliver result. Leadership keeps changing their vision No outings They keep changing their variable policy and announce it last minute Work from office limited to few employees

Good appraisal % in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

...or compensation and the management does false promises to retain their employee. They literally have no benefits all you get is your salary. Management here thinks that they are doing best and probably they think like that because they haven't seen the market.

New Variable pay policy. Need to provide resources with new technologies. Resources cannot only work on OLD technologies.HA[IH

Gives good salary hike while joining. If project is long term then you will have a great time here. Policy are good.

Dislikes

Limited clients. Client interview happens without recording so you can not do anything if client will give false feedback. Recording should be done.
