Salary is very low as compare to the market. If you are not getting manhours in project. You have to book your leaves once your leaves finished you have to book as unpaid leaves in your timesheet for that you will not get salary for those hours. This is really bad situation. Employee are working for their CTC committed in their offer latter and you will not received that because they will force you to book as unpaid.

Work life balance is Superb. Culture is excellent Peers are supportive. Hybrid working arrangement provides great flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary and Increments are not great. There is huge variation in salaries and is not in line with experience of the employee. Also , the job involves backend work which is not great from career point of view.

Quite less increment every year. Salary will be stagnant, even after the increment Monotonous work Difficult to reach top level management (GM) No skills development Exploitation at best
