Work life balance is Superb. Culture is excellent Peers are supportive. Hybrid working arrangement provides great flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary and Increments are not great. There is huge variation in salaries and is not in line with experience of the employee. Also , the job involves backend work which is not great from career point of view.

Quite less increment every year. Salary will be stagnant, even after the increment Monotonous work Difficult to reach top level management (GM) No skills development Exploitation at best

1. Flexibility to WFH exists for sometime more.

1. No annual Bonus, combined with a max. 1.5 X pay factor (compared to 1.8 X yrs exp. default of any global EPC in India)- very low salary. 2. Lowest annual increments to the rate of 7% , lower than even inflation for Engineers. Designers may get double digits due to even lower pay. 3. Expect to work 3-4 hrs without overtime without charging on domestic projects daily, due to budget constraints. Weekend work is forced without Overtime. On asking for OT , management just shrugs it off with a "get the work done first". Everytime! 4. Plenty of office politics to navigate or keep away for appraisals, based on your skill or preference.

Nothing much really. Good for people who want peaceful life without having to put much effort.

Dislikes

...-No/ minimal growth opportunities (unless someone is very good at a$$ kissing) -Way less compensation when compared to industry standard -No proper guidelines regarding promotion All the above points are only based on my experience in Project Controls

Inclusive working culture is always good. The supports from the management during the lockdown and the arrangement for the work from remote is good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is less and career growth is in slow manner
