I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...abuse language.. they will collect original 10th marks card plz don't give... No job security & reimbursement issue, they will ask you to leave immediately without notice period/compensation.. No growth at all.😡

...ecurity & so unprofessional behaviour, they will make you work at midnight also but no promotion no appreciation at all & salary is too low... main thing was HR- will not give Reimbursement properly., Saturday & Sunday also they'll make you work...

I joined on Recently, Yashaswini is leading Accounting team giving the lot of work, no work life balance. We should available 24/7. and its Really headache. No proper learing!!!

Dislikes

Before joining think multiple time. Learning will be zero. Old method of style of working nothing to learn!!! Strongly I suggest to don't join!! Lack of issue in guidance!!!

Partner mindset that has newly changed and an ignorant manager who just pitches in to take credit and with no real inputs... Problem is that the partner blindly trusts this manager who is taking the partner for a ride.

Working at JAA associates provided ample opportunities to learn and further my career. Had a good work life balance. Seniors were supportive during my family emergency. Grateful for having worked in positive and learning environment provided by the company.
