...abuse language.. they will collect original 10th marks card plz don't give... No job security & reimbursement issue, they will ask you to leave immediately without notice period/compensation.. No growth at all.😡

Nothing about firm is good to say, especially Audit team very bad working experience

The superiors here are very of "Favouritism", they are biased about the people who hover around them and laugh at their worst humor. Work is also assigned based on partiality, no transparency in communication. If you want to get your job done just run behind Ananthlakshmi, if you don't follow her orders blindly, and try to show your individuality, you are labelled as arrogant and no good clients are assigned to you, your hardwork is completely ignored and go unnoticed.

It's easy work for the people who are good a pestering people and has a honey lips to praise superiors(especially one grand old lady) in audit team, also can earn appreciation and get recognised.

Dislikes

The firm runs on the ego of a granny who joined past 1.5 years ago. Communication was very transparent before, now the third person(Ananthlakshmi) manipulates everything, because every word goes through her. No need to work in this firm if you boost the ego of the granny, gossip with her , all your leaves are granted, you are recognised as a dedicated worker when truth is visible to all who are actually working hard. Aradhana ma'am also changed a lot, I hope she learns to differentiate between personal and professional life while taking decisions about the firm instead of just blindly listening to her mother. Please don't join this firm if you want to have peace and work life balance in your life, escape from unnecessary drama in this office.
