Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

JA the resort is placed where u learn n developed your self all management and chef r very co-operative and love to see new dishes and setting..

I cannot say i dislike thing's every company have his own policy but some department head can't have right to do some things.

As it is away from city ,the staff are taken care off very well.

Dislikes

Staff below Manager level are taken care but Manager and above level there is no guarantee of job,you are told to go during lean season and again new recruitment is done during peak season.Also this group is not known in the market so searching new job is a big headache.
