God work life balance is there. Startup culture and learning of new things is there. Manager is really helpful in every aspect.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are really poor. Reimbursement policy is poor too. You won’t be expecting a single penny apart from your salary from the company, sometimes you need to spend money from your salary.

Likes

There are many things to learn here, especially since it has a start up work environment where we get to sharpen our talent and skills. Here the best things is the freedom to come up with innovative solutions.

Nothing much. I found no major things to dislike except mostly minor issues.

Likes

The company provides a good platform to learn new things and experiment . The management fully the employees in achieving their full potential. Since the company allows a good deal of freedom, that helps in exploring uncharted territories. Overall, a good place to hone your skills.

Dislikes

Honestly , the only thing i dislike is the sharp 9 am in time that meant I had to change my personal work schedule, but I eventually got settled in with that.
