Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

worst company do not deserve a single star also. They speak very nicely while calling for interview. Once we spend so much money, after attending interview they will show their true colors. No humanity at all in management. Anytime they can fire you. Poor management. Malayali management. Very Conjuse/cheap/poor man. Donate some money to this company so that employees at least will think that there is rotation of money. HR is a Robot(Vani).

Dislikes

For making time pass they will call everyone for interview. After attending interview many suspense will reveal.
