Culture,no salary expectations,need to work hard with no benifits and partiality with employes ,senior persons playing safe game they do dirty politics and sadist always dominating who work hard work and playing feelings who work hard and no support

The company best plus point is timely salary and appraisal. I like its work environment because all work policy made with keeping employee's facilities in mind.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work distribution not systematic.

Allover if i say about this organization.. I must say " Company is good but the management is very very very worst " HR policies are very poor, their policies are not stable.. But yes MD of this organization is supportive. His behavior is very positive towards the employees until HR will plan any strategy against that employee because of employees good working style. Yes no doubt that i learned so many things from this organization but somewhere HR played their game over an employee.

For beginners a lot to learn, but do not expect good salaries from this organization. 30k means a lot to them

Job security is very very very poor.. Day when u get hired, may be fired on next day.... In fact on plant head level.

I like feel better Skill develope and learn how to do work in deficult conditions by MD Sir.

Dislikes

Any one not not company , company is not single person have many people so some right work and some dislike.
