In j mitra somthing is good like- Training, salary, leave etc. But something is bad. there are some politics issue here. Management can't believe all employees .Management beleive only 2 or 3 person. Some people's are destroy the company culture and made a Jail like company.

Company some policy are jail like policy but some policy is good.

Likes

Company provides training to all new employees even if they are experienced. They give time to them. J.Mitra has proper system of working which is good. Good for fresher to learn.

Dislikes

They do not provide salary according to performance of employees specially old employee. Here criteria is fix, according to designation especially for old employee. If they are working for 4-5 years, their salary is same to new employees or there is hardly 1000-2000 rupees difference. So it is kind of not acceptable for old employee.

Overall a good experience for learning and exposure. On time salary, leave and work life balance benefit. Supportive and guiding staff.

Dislikes

Not such, however less growth opportunity but situation can vary from employee to employee based on their performance.

There is a lot of politics the management dosen't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joining

Worst management. Managing Director gets involved in small petty matters. QA head Mr. Ajay controls all the departments due to undue powers given by MD.QA head pokes his nose everywhere and insults everbody unnecessarily.
