Very poor management. Don't have any job security on sales Department. Even they don't give salary slip. If you thinging to join JK Masala as a Sales Officer then i would like to suggest you that kindly think more.

No Salary Slip, No PF, No Gratuity No Joining Letter Salary always later after 15th of month, no Advance provided against salary. Junior working under you may be getting more Salary and Increment than you. You can be asked to work overtime without any extra payment Leaves will never be approved on the days you ask for it. No Picnic, Team building Exercise or any Get Together Boss behave very good with you till you put in resignation. After working the entire notice period, you won't get salary. You have to keep visiting numerous times, he will not meet you easily even if he is in office, will keep you waiting unnecesarily, if you are lucky you may get the pending salary after a few months with some deductions.

Very poor. I suggest no one to join it. Even i worked there for 1 and half year without any joining documents.

Except its products everything. Not saying about the owners. They are very good but management is terrible
