Totally brainless management (Logistics). No upgrade with time. Manual tasking. HOD enjoying zoom meeting with colleague daily for use less discussion. HOD and managers are story teller and egomania. HOD is always in mode of - ring his own bell (Self praise) They keep hiring people from FMCG background at Asst Manager/ Dy Manager but you will work like an ordinary executive and they will expect turnaround with zero infrastructure support In short you will get no learning /zero motivation / manual tasks and frustration
