The Firm is micromanaged to the limit. Mrs. Jehan's Husband literally makes the life hell of employees there. He shows and says the company is very good while taking your interview and as you join their true colors are seen. Checks for whatever the employee is doing in the camera and yet comes out in the employee work area to check in person. He checks for how many times you go to the washroom or even drink tea in the cafeteria. There's a passage before you enter the work area- You aren't allowed to talk on the phone there not stand. You cannot even go down to have stuff in the break and the break lasts hardly 20-30mins. If it's 7pm and you have to leave & if the boss is in the office you still have to wait for the boss to leave- Horrendous There are employees there that are very political.
