Here first project of Under Ground Metro projected in Mumbai and i am thank to the same company for giving me a chance to work with them, where i learn a lots. As the work is challenged i work for 11- 12 hrs . I do receive appreciation from client. Another plus point is that my colleagues work happily . Here Project Head and Management always try to help.

Salary on time,it's a training ground for new engineers,

Salary increment on basis of person reach to higher level not on your hard work.howmuch ever you work, your maximum salary increment as an engineer is 2000 rs per year

Only Resumation on job after lockdown. But Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the site management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening.
