...pportable, material not available, admin and HR response very very very poor, They give accomodation but cut electricity bill in our salary every month, also no mess available by company, we search food by our own, company has no resources, no team work is there, May be company is good, but management such a worst, above all dislikes can be controlled if management is ok.

.... Company culture is good but if you have to survive in jkil you must have guts. Everything including salary, appraisal are good. Now I am working in Afcons and missing jkil. I respect and love the upper management of jkil.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling..Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
