The reporting manager (owner's son) was supporting and a good mentor.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is absolutely no work-life balance. Projects are monotonous and boring. No employee benefits. Typical family-owned and run business. Office space is small and compact with 0 amenities. (there is only one water filter as an amenity).

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
