I like there work environment and also culture of that company. Every one is co-operate with you for your work. If you stuck in any types of problem then they will support you and take out from the problem.

Very Poor Company. Work culture is very bad for marketing department. One should not prefer this company for their skill development and career growth. Whole company is operating by chartered accountant only.

While working at JJ Plastalloy Pvt. Ltd., I have gained some experience in my field. However, I feel that there are limited opportunities for self-growth and career advancement. The promotion process could be more structured, and professional development opportunities could be improved. A more supportive and growth-oriented environment would enhance the overall work experience.

Great learning opportunities. No descrimination about location, religion,cast, colour etc. Flexibility about work area. Good support from top management.

Dislikes

Lots of working pressure under urgency. Overtime work without OT benefits.
