FIRST of all salary system is very bad they hold salary 5 to 6 months of employee

salary Accommodations working culture maximum site IN charge and project IN charge are non tech field this is main issue

Nothing its horrible experience.

Dislikes

They do not pay salary to their employees who are switching job. Keep befooling employees on the pretext of making better HR policies later. Late hour working is preferred by directors so could not think of work life balance at all.
