Only one thing I like in JBDS. JBDS is a good organization for skill development. Employee who took interest in technology/work, can grow up his her skills along with organization development. And who did not want to work for company, he/she will simply make financial waste of organization. Most dangerous people are H.R. team (Kulwant & Sandeep) in this organization who is responsible to damage this organisation along with all employee. Now a days company is suffering with huge financial lose due to H.R. team of this organization. Although JBDS is a good organization, but due to Unprofessional h.r. in this company they are responsible to damage both employees & organization.

...contribute or gather the skills or skilled person for growth of organization. 1. Employee never ever get their salary on time. Delay in salary more then 30 days due to H.r. 2. Each & every employee who left job from jbds, they never ever get their last working month salary due to h.r. 3. They don't provide any joining letter to any candidate because they don't know to create this. Instead of this they commit several of things verbally till upcoming candidate resign from their current company. As a new candidate join here then just after joining he came to know their false comittment realty & cruelty of H.R. team ( Kulwant & Sandeep). 4. A/c to H. r. Team of JBDS power, month closing for salary is dated 21st of previous month to 20 th of last month. Now employees get confused here about their salary. Suppose I want my salary for the month of October. And for this closing dated is 21 st sept to 20 th October. And salary will be credited in the month of November till 10 th. My suggestion is for any new candidate who don't have any other option & skills can join JBDS group, But be ready to face H.R. dishonesty, cruelty, disaster and huge financial lose for their own.

It was not so much good experience, Company is very bad about paying salary, No any fix time or date when you get salary and there is a rule which is always hidden, they will tell you when they need it .

...g any salary it's better to join other Company instead of joining this company). They give bait of High salary package please don't fall for it bcoz they will not give any product knowledge and want you to sale for them, don't have their own clients use your connection for sales for that they will tell you "we will give the location you have experienced of". Even their purchase person do sales. Hire people for purchase and told them to do sales and purchase both. Some people don't have any professionalism. If u complain about any wrongful act they will pointed u instead of taking action against it bcoz they are HR manager friends then they start suddenly start behaving rude to u, comes on ur performance, harass u by sending two mail in a day on ur performance. Manager don't know how to handle the issues, always send their friends to resolve the issue bcoz he's not able to handle it by his own. HR is lazy to his job don't give people their employment documents. Holds employees salary and deduct salary without any reason and if you told why you deduct the salary like bcoz of attendance and late then show the salary they will say - "remind yourself how many times u come late and took leave" . I hope with this you can clearly see their professionalism. Last but not the least if they are not picking up your call or passing it on each other it means for : Candidates - ur application is on hold ( I know u have send ur documents but still on hold) Ex - employees - who's waiting for salary, will give u different reason and will say this not coming that not coming, all lie they all side beside to each other. It's better to go for other things instead of calling.
