It's a good company and work-life balance is good here. As this this my first company so it will be wrong if I tell too much about. But As per my experience it's a very good company.

Variable pay they are not giving as per the joining latter.

Good work environment. Very good work life balance. More benifits for girls. Very good culture. No work tension. Free lunch and tea) coffee. Beautiful work place. Slow in moving to New technologies.

Dislikes

Associate level hikes and yearly increments are not that great. Variable pay sometimes we get some times we don't get. It's depends on the company performance.

This company doesn’t believe in equal pay for men and women. They do regional biased decisions. Favouritism is what they believe in. No growth. Under qualified Leadership and micromanagement. No support for new dads or moms.

work environment and learning depend on team to team profile to profile and salary hike 5-12% max for average performer, bonus is low, but u will have very relax environment

It’s a very well balanced environment with lots of amenities for employees. They care about each and every employees , work culture is so good and free food , cab. They provide variety of options in food. Everything is appreciated here.
