Working experience not so good in this firm. There is no growth.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. They cannot provide salary on time, every month delay after 15 days or sometime 2 months. Worst Experience about this

Sort of big firm

Dislikes

People are very insecure about themselves so to satisfy their ego they demean other unsuspecting employees. Work culture is worst here with all internal politics. Boss sitting in cabin is not able to see reality instead some people guide him to see and hear what they want him to.
