Good timing nice atmosphere small company.

Dislikes

company owner behaviour so bad . Old work process not used any ERP totally manually work and not follow any rule and regulation for textile industry . Company owner interfere all work and pin anytime. This is export house but this company not any QC QA cutting master etc total 30 works and 5 stap . see all work complete company owner . I'm join the assistant merchandising post but my job role according to Merchant dizer sample ready and computer work etc but I am working this company all work just like pattern cutting fabric cutting fielder work company generator diesel maintain and all marketing work and paper work anytime he is ask any work . After not done any work company owner insult your very bad anytime. I'm west my life 6 month priyed my confidence level totally down .
