WFH option we got recently as permanently to my is the only thing I liked. Bcz in the negative environment it was feeling difficult to grow.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no extra pay for extended work, no salary on 1st of each month, no promotions, favouring juniors with company options (Hikes & Stocks) neglecting long standing seniors, work pressure irrespective of personal time.

Dislikes

...ue many aspects of working at Izmo, I feel that there are areas for improvement. The lack of proper salary hikes and insufficient recognition of loyalty can be disheartening. Additionally, there seems to be a tendency to block open expression of opinions and ideas, which stifles creativity. Lastly, the delays in employee benefits, like share allotments, and the lack of follow-up on promised timelines have become concerning in recent years.

Izmo Ltd. was a great organization where I learned a lot and worked on impactful projects. However, I realized that the opportunities for growth and challenging projects were limited in my role. I am looking for a position where I can take on more complex challenges and contribute to larger initiatives that align better with my career aspirations.

While I appreciated the supportive environment and opportunities to develop my skills at Izmo Ltd., I found that the role didn’t fully utilize my capabilities or provide the level of challenge I was seeking. I thrive on solving complex problems and contributing to larger initiatives, so I’m now looking for a position that aligns better with my career goals and offers more opportunities for growth.

CRM Development team is very very good in all. Specifically co ordination among team mates.

Dislikes

Not an easy to get promoted to the next role. Not provided work from home, even there is a possibility. No on time appraisal. But we can get the arrears.
