During my days at iyogi,employees were taken care of with hygienic and good meals, mostly on time cab and sometimes outside parties paid fully by the company with little restrictions.timely paid salaries etc etc

Dislikes

On the work floor it's all about making more money and that's stressful because we are blame even for incompatible or wrong calls made by the cx and though I was a sales executive I wished if the technician resolve the cx problems and take a good care of them as much as we make a commitment to the cx because at the end of the day I want to see happy customer that gets there money's worth. As far as the team goes we work individually to earn as much money as possible though TL helps us sometimes.

Likes

It was a big company and good company. If I ever get an opportunity to work I will bring back the brand value and trust in it.

Dislikes

I use to work hard and was going through learning experience. Learned not no growth. No proper ending. Not cooperative at the end discontinuation of the services by an employee.

Dislikes

they are scammers they have not paid the salaries of the employees yet..company shut down there business at the end of 2016 and there employees are still chasing them ...Worst experience ever ..company owners are fraud..they played with the employees future and most of the employees are unable to talk to them..Not only this they got good links with dlf police and media and no one wants to take any kind of action against Iyogi and there owners.
