Promotion and job security is a thing that you should keep in mind before joining. If you're on contractual bond than your job will be according to the project completion.

Very horrible company, no technical growth due to copy paste projects. They don't have care for employees, even they don't give complete salary after notice period had served, I accidentally joined this company and became very lazy person by doing nonsense repetitive task each day, even they are not ready to listen employees different ideas and openions to improve workforce procedure, productivity and environment.

Worst company ever I hv seen in my life...No proper management, seniors are hvg incomplete knowledge to guide the new staff, No indepth training of the module is given, QA's not at all support the developers at the work which they are supposed to do..

... help you. But nothing like that. They fire and told the employee to resign job. Also they hold the salary. I never seen company like this. Don't waste your time. No job security. No increment. Waste of time. Event they don't have document of project.
