Worst company ever I hv seen in my life...No proper management, seniors are hvg incomplete knowledge to guide the new staff, No indepth training of the module is given, QA's not at all support the developers at the work which they are supposed to do..

... help you. But nothing like that. They fire and told the employee to resign job. Also they hold the salary. I never seen company like this. Don't waste your time. No job security. No increment. Waste of time. Event they don't have document of project.

...ecessary showing as Llp. Only 4 people run company. No benefits no job security. When they have more work hire someone and fire without any notice or pay. They find excuses for removal you. HR is dum. They on immediate basis and fire immediately.

All above are dislike in few words, nothing to say likes. Bad management, selfish culture. Unethical environment.

Overall it's a very good organisation and it is absolutely recommended for freshers and salary was also on time.

Promotion and job security is a thing that you should keep in mind before joining. If you're on contractual bond than your job will be according to the project completion.

...st company too much work load they don't provide Trainings to new candidates at all and management is worst no hike they will treat you like peons.

No joke security, no process followed, no hike, workload
