There's nothing as per me. being HR & Admin, it's my responsibility to take care of the company so I can proudly say that things are exceptional after I joined.

...ll adjustments, just give instructions and leave it on us and make deductions. Our salary get deducted even if we get late by 2-3 mins sometime. Overall, a bad startup to start with their narrow thought process, no leadership qualities in the management. Only Sir and Ma'am controls whole process, no delegation of authority to us. They force us to write a good review about themselves and that is what is written here in most of the reviews.

No appropriate Health insurance support Salary is deducted if come little late Work from is given on biased manner and favoritism No decentralization of authorities to Managers Worst Incentive Policies They deliberately give wrong feedbacks on background verifications Their contractors cry every another day for delayed payment Management is only Sir and Ma'am who are sitting in UK and only instructing what to do, that is their style of leadership... Now, after this review, just watch out their sarcastic replies Most of the reviews posted here are fake and forcefully written. But this one is true and I have valid proofs to justify that. ...nd my expectations. My work is stress free and full of learning and upskillings. Salary is always on time. I'm working for kota work base. Fun Friday's, celebrations all are great.I am glad that I've landed this opportunity.
