Nothing worse company i ever work... They take my FA and my 1 month salary and then they will give my certificate to me and even they don't stop they demand extra 5000 rupees there all staff are taking money specially HR Department.. So don't join this stupid company if you want bright future.

I like Free and family environment of our company and discuss freely about our problems with concern department.

Dislikes

Here management not much good in any department like HR, Accounts etc. Operation department also not good enough because lack of manpower.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
