Great company which will offer young employees great opportunities to grow. It’s also a very fun and dynamic working environment.

Dislikes

Very set working hours with not a lot of flexibility. Once you’ve reached a certain level of seniority it will be significantly harder to grow further within the roles as salaries are capped eventually and there won’t be any room to grow further unless you’re willing to move into other departments.
