Moreover, you cannot avail more than 2 leaves at a time. - For your own sister's/brother's marriages, for your own family members' sickness or if you are confined to bed, then it will be Loss of pay. - You will be forced, nagged, burdened and ruthlessly tortured to work and complete responsibility is put on your shoulders. - Even if you are extraordinarily good, you will not get fruit of your harvest. - Unlucky freshers who will be selected to FPGA department should have thick skin to face insults. - No value for the work you do, During the time of profit(successful project) you will be kept on throne and during difficulties, instead of being supportive, you will be trashed.
