Likes

The work culture is at its best, it feels like my second home. The management is very helpful and approachable so this way it becomes quite easy to balance work and personal life.

Dislikes

Very less opportunity to learn and grow. You keep on doing what you did when you started. The competitiveness is not welcomed, so in a way it's a secure 10-6 job, with job security, but you will have to let the fire go eventually and mix with the herd.
