One of the worst company I have ever worked based on the salary distribution... Every month salary is credited on 5th but yearly 3-4 months they delay the salary to 10th or 15th without any compensation...They haven't released the Ex-employees final month salary and settlement amount even after 120 day... Money handling is worst here.

Best place to learn corporate politics. You can make career as politician after working for couple of years in Ivy.

Work without pay. Make your life hell. Best corporate politics They will make you a robot who can work for 24 hours

You get to learn a lot of new processes and techniques , they encourage you to do certifications and implement new ideas.

Dislikes

No work life balance and most importantly salary will never come on time, it can 5 or 25 of the month when you get last month salary, you never know, depends on your luck. Also horrible parking arrangement, my new two looks like 3years old vehicle in just 6months, its dented and scratched all over.

Employee freindly they treat employee like assets not resource but that backfired them now j don't know the future how mangement take decision on this aspect

They value only experienced guy in terms of salary and hikes.If you are skillled and ypu know latest technologies and you are showing no difference between you and experienced guy they will tell you "superstar,superman" but that will not replicate on the salary slip.

1. It’s people oriented company not process oriented company. 2. For salary we can’t say it will be on time, since even mid of months. 3. For apprisal they will provide you the apprisal letter but we won’t get the amount on time and as same for increment.
