I would say IVY are the best at assuring people with job security. During this pandemic no one has been layed off and compensation is above par with industry. Work culture is great with proper work life balance. They consider tweaking the police's depending on the employee feedback.

I would say I have nothing to dislike at IVY. Only drawback would be we will be moving out of cloud to the IVY own data center.

Nothing to like ... It's waste of time joining the company

...is organisation for 3 years. Company management is not in favour with employees. They are part of politics No hike no appraisal. you will stick with the same designation , company politics is very bad. Blame game you have daily work more than your log off time.

HR team discussed to me before joining we provide a 100% bonus every year, but Ivy management offers below 50% bonus (HR team gives false information, it's like cheating). and appraisals are given to below 5% to 8% only.

Salary is good and organization is also good except product Org. Nice culture. Great to learn New things from Tech teams.

Though we exceed the business expectations and work very hard. I ended up with no promotions for any next roles and making the career growth.
