There is no working pressure. Salary is regular as the company is under NCLT.

The company is under NCLT. So company's has go goal. No support is available from seniors. Behavior of seniors are also very bad. There is no job security. No increment and promotion policy.

working environment is very nice, its like a family work feeling, feels a a part of the IVRCL family. all seniors and Juniors colleagues are very supportive & Cooperative. any problem all are with you. its very nice working in IVRCL Ltd.

Company gone in a bad phase & most of the employee inculding me had to leave for cost cutting . but whenever I will get chance again I will join .

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that may colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the salary appraisal

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Managements is good, and its a professional company. Team mates, training, job security, career growth, salary, every thing is excellant. However, presently the company under insolvency ........ likely to windup.........
