...uch words i can say about what i dislike about. Need to improve professionalism. You have to work beyond your job description with the same pay. They have not told me this is total field work but still i take it as positive way.

Working at IVM Company has been challenging, largely due to the HR manager's egotistical attitude. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they often belittle employee concerns and dismiss feedback. This creates a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Communication is lacking, and it feels like decisions are made without considering their impact on staff. Overall, the management style undermines morale, making it difficult to thrive in this workplace. I would not recommend this company unless there are significant changes in leadership.
