The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I was lucky to be a part of team that had strong collaboration, it provide me liberty to work and working hours by which I could balance family and office life together. I am grateful for all opportunity which I got from IVL.

Everything is on sprint work , no extra pressure ( *condition apply) . Management is transperent. Not came across any politics. Appraisals are purely on performances, good hike in sallery.
