The staff is highly talented and eager to perform, but some individuals are creating superficial obstacles and seem unwilling to see the site succeed.

The CEO, who is sitting is Calcutta office of the company is a cancer to this wonderful site, actually there are 02 site unders his supervision in India. One at Panipat and one at haldia. He is literally eating Panipat site like termite just to get praise from Haldia site. Because Haldia site is from their mother company and this Panipat site is from Indorama venture. He has 02 special jasoos at Panipat site, one is HR head and 2 Account head both are 3rd class people and working to distoy the site to just make happy their Father - CEO.
