Plant Head is wonderful person - Manikala Ramulu

As long as CEO B. Chattopadhyay remains in crge, he will continue to obstruct any positive changes in site culture and overall improvements. He is the biggest hurdle in the growth of this plant. His bias is evident as he consistently favors the Haldia unit, which belongs to their parent company, Dhunseri, while deliberately attempting to tarnish the reputation of this Indorama-owned site, seemingly with the intent of shutting it down. At this site, he has two loyal enforcers—P. Mohanty (Accounts Head) and Shashidhar Pal (HR Head). If their real designations reflected their roles, they would be ‘Humiliation Officers’ or ‘Executioners,’ as they actively contribute to suppressing any progress and employee morale.
