There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I learnt a lot of skills and worked on various technologies. Work culture is very good everyone is very friendly. Resources are also very good. There is also a coffee machine. I never saw them fire anyone or letting someone go.

The first thing anyone would think in software job is Saturday offs but there is no such thing and you may be called to work for sometime on sunday. There are no appraisal discussions till now and i have never been asked how much i want. Sometimes toxicity arises when your fellow colleague is given a rise and starts ordering you around. We always need to stay positive. There are no shares for salaried employees. The company has hired a lot of people with no skills and on recommendation which is about 70% of them.

Their primary aim was to use innovation to prevent theft and vandalism while making it affordable to all businesses. Current investors in iVIS originally cofounded Provigil Inc of the USA in 2007. They have exited that company in a transaction with Riverside capital, a private equity company based out of New York in 2015. iVIS has since acquired multiple clients in India (more than 20,000 locations) over the last few years. iVIS believes that prevention of theft and vandalism takes precedence over “merely watching and reporting theft”. One of the first groups to propose and deliver remote interventions via internet to deter theft, iVIS has since evolved with time to integrate various IOT technologies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Investing in technology has enabled us to perform efficiently in spite of weak infra structure in India. Improved processing in “EDGE” devices has cut down our internet bandwidth expenses as well without affecting the quality of service.

The general manager of this company Mr Raj Shekhar tortures the employee a lot, without any reason, to cover the journey of 200 km in half an hour, the employees have to worry a lot
