I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition
Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

The company sends to client location Canada. Teammates are very good. still we are in touch.

Dislikes

...l be in the company only for max one year. They do not provide work permit visa. They have to pay tax for it. No training, no career growth. All have the same opinion about the company.

Work culture is kind of good. No micro managements.

Dislikes

There is no cross skill training. Once the client removes the contract, iVedha also removes the employee. They won't give any choice for resource such as salary negotiation or cross skill interests.
