There compensation and culture is excellent.

They don't have a proper training program for new joinees. It is few videos and articles. You may learn what to do but won't understand the logic behind it which creates a block in learning and growth

Used to balanced but after GPTW(Great place to Work) survey everything was flipped.

Introduced Micromanagement, Stopped trusting on employess and started daily tracking on work sheet accessible to Center heads. Questioning work status on hourly basis. Middle management is helpless they just nod to Center heads and try to convince the employees instead of representing employees

No, Micro Management, good benefit, supportive team.

No work life balance, No proper KT, Recently they introduced some policy of Metrics, Everything is added in metrics but Every Engineer has to raise 2 PR each sprint and 4 PR each Month is is mandatory and with good line of code, if you have less line of code it will create a problem and other matrices too, 4 CFD each quarter. If you cannot able to do above, they keep threating every week, how company will slack you off anything, The manager told we cannot able to defend you. I think it mean either you won't be getting hike or maybe fired soon.

Working at Ivanti is great for engineering teams. However support teams like security, HR and other functions there’s rarely a spark moment and getting exposure to work is becoming challenging. Though job security is 100% with flexible work conditions, but getting hands on into key skill set is seems to be missing
