No job security If you earn insentive they will hold and pay you next to next month and deduct insentive without reason Time strach No convince Abusive environment Pass personal comments If you didn't achieve target And their targets are touching to sky You will go in depression. They Always torture their employees So employees couldn't ask for a leave
