...ny gives overall responsibility related to any particular project or assignment. Salary, appraisal, incentives are average for average employee but for star performer these things holds no bar. Over all a great organization with a very professional approach with internal and external customers.

Dislikes

Only job insecurity could be a negative one.. But I think this is same with every professional organization for non productive employees.

You will get all benefits like salary and other privileges. But growth in Career is bit difficult due to culture of Company. It's very good organisation for the freshers who can learn many things from the principles and policies of ITW. it's good learning centre.

Work culture is good, MT (management team) members are supportive. We will have work life balance.

Dislikes

Internal process takes time to take action either from HR, financial or any other department. Company have to provide corporate card for expenses for sales guy. (Instead of expense from own pocket and claim)

If there is a complaint from higher ups regarding work ,HR does not call and check with employee what is the issue,they only listen to Department Heads .The employee is directly fired
