Everything. There is no growth in this company. They hire people with 10X amount of salary hike than the old employees, but they never give position hike or salary hike to old employees. The company is money oriented. Full of politics. Never ever apply to this company. The give fake commitments before joining the company and then they find silly reasons to deduct your salary. But they wont give you extra charges for your extra work. They just know how to deduct salary. Never ever apply to this company. You'll regret.

I dislike everything about this job. No work life balance Salary very less No proper weekoffs They ll make you work on festivals. Professionalism is zero Waste of your time and your life.

I like the cultyre in the office. Its mostly like a family culture. We get freedom about most of the things for example the timing when we take a break , we do not have to maintain its record. We are given Tea/Coffee with biscuits at our desks twice a day. We are also provided with a facility of having a free Maggi anytime we want. We are allowed to put our own belongings on our respective desks without the fear of loosing it. My Team Leader, is very co-operative and friendly. She understands our concerns well and responds accordingly is what I like the most about ItVedant's employee. Because at the end of the day, it's only our team leader and team members who matters the most with whom we keep good, healthy and friendly relationship which also indirectly makes us love ItVedant.

Dislikes

Most of the things in ItVedant is What I like but I don't like the salary I get. I wish if I get my salary a bit more enough to satisfy my family needs at home. Because in today's date each and everything is so expensive.

Salary on time Good growth if you prove yourself . Director / founder very good swapnil sir his commitments are very good . He is more like a family member than a boss amazing rapport he shares with his colleagues . Very good listener . Reporting manager preeti mehta amazing personality the way she has taken itvedant to the next level true mentor .

The organisation has to work very hard on its employees . The reporting heads are playing very hard on the underworkers under them they want to hear only good things the day u speak up for your rights you will be shewed by them they make you the target from day 1 By playing partiality games . Also the hr team is not very strong for which the reporting managers are playing good the management should try hiring very good outsiders professional rather than hiring someone from their own relatives or friends etc . Also targets are very high . Only because of this the employees are not sustaining . Need to work very hard in operations as well apart from all this everything is fantastic .
